Terms and Conditions

Following are the Terms and Conditions for Agenda Carpet Cleaning.

Water and cleaning solutions will be used in the cleaning process, and the carpet/flooring/upholstery will become wet as a result of that cleaning process. The client agrees to allow adequate drying time before re-accessing the carpet/flooring/upholstery ("work area").

Clearing the work area, and a pathway to the work area, of all furniture/appliances/obstacles/obstructions, pets/service animals, etc, is the responsibility of the client. Agenda will not move any furniture, appliances, or other items.

Agenda is not responsible or liable for issues of any kind regarding your carpet/flooring/upholstery warranty, or any problems arising from any attempted or completed cleaning. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold Agenda harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage of any kind, save for cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

A Standard Cleaning does not include Stain or Odor Treatment. Those treatments cost extra. There is no guarantee that Spots, Stains, or Odors will be removed because numerous factors come into play. An unreasonably dirty work area will result in an extra charge (known as an Excessive Soiling fee).

Agenda does not do repair; restoration; or installation work.

It is the responsibility of the client to be present for the scheduled appointment, and to provide all necessary access to the work area ahead of time if they will not be present for the appointment. If the client does not show for the scheduled appointment, or fails to provide necessary access to the work area, such as a door key, keycode, security pass, etc., in a timely manner, there will be a $50.00 No Show Fee.

All payment is due per the terms of the invoice.

No changes or amendments will be authorized without the express written consent of Agenda.
